Arrrgh, an earthquake! Just kidding, it's not that bad. *g* Administration of my websites became too much of a time consuming burden, so I made some massive changes to be able to spend more time drawing/tinkering than working on the database. Eph's Den of Miniatures (that never had a proper design) and Eph's Den of Many Photos were canned!The pictures from both sites are now available on the forum in pretty galleries in the "Media" menu. Those are open to guests as well, browse to your heart's content as always. Same goes for the galleries from this site. Except for the Seekers galleries (which will be available here and on the forum) all artwork was moved. Next up are a complete overhaul of the Seekers website and a giant Sims migration, so I'm busy. There will be an update tomorrow, though.

Good news: I'll have a new page up tomorrow. I "inherited" a new scanner but it doesn't work right, so I cannot scan right now. My husband will connect the old scanner again later.June 24, 2010
Mimee gave me a great picture of Giselda as present. (See, I told you it's nice on the forum. ^,^ ) You can find it in the Seekers Fanart gallery. My hands itch to draw too. Currently the cough is much better and I managed to finish pompon Bess today. Once I can take some nice pics of my handiwork projects I'll upload some to the gallery.June 17, 2010
Sadly still no updates. I don't want to bore you with my yadayada again, so just this: For the last 6 weeks I've been ill almost every day and I hope that I'll do better next week, finally, because I got new meds. If I can't start working on Seekers again soon I'll just drop DEAD! All I could do was some digital stuff like simming and cutting up photos, but paper and me don't go along well right now. I'm gonna try this cough suppressor now and maybe I can work on the new wallpaper again, at least. It's on the computer already, after all. ^,~If you're bored you can check out new nature pics on my photo page, and there's a lot of traffic in the arts and crafts board on the forum. I started felting, making pompon toys and bead animals (anyone else smelling prizes for Seekers raffles? ;) ) and I post many pictures, and other users show off their latest artworks etc too. Darkest_Secret started a zombie story in the story board. (Both these boards are only visible for registered users due to picture thieves.) Once I develop my own patterns for Seekers related crafts I'll post how-to guides too.May 05, 2010
The SD Winglings KiSS doll in Goodies was updated. It will be updated again on May 15th, for the last time until Christmas. If you want to play with it and hope for more clothes you'll have to work for your update! :)May 03, 2010

There's another pic of Giselda in the SD gallery.What an unexpectedly hectic week... My husband was offered a chance at a fantastic job opening and we had to buy him a vast amount of new clothes for the application phase and I'm running back and forth between washing machine and ironing board. And then there was a birth and a death in the family. I still don't give up hope to get a new page online this week.

One week ago Seekers had its anniversary and now I have the time to celebrate with you! To start off there's a new beta of the SD Wingling KiSS Doll, to be found in the goodies section.Further the Backflip game was updated with some new motifs and I'm in the process of adding missing old motifs to the gallery (pictures that were only used as wallpapers etc).
Tomorrow there'll be more to celebrate! Stop by on the forum to get more info or leave greetings. : )

After a software update my graphic tablet stopped working and I spent half the week in doctor's offices (I didn't expect to get appointments so fast), and in a few minutes my PS3 network gaming day starts. I'll try to get the update done tomorrow but I can't promise. On a positive note the visits at doctors are done now for the time being (and the thyroid specialist looks up whether I can have a different brand of meds to see if the urticaria will go away then), my husband was able to fix the tablet and I posted several sketches and works-in-progress on the forum if you need consolation. : ) (There will be more sketches etc on the forum from now on anyway.)In the artwork board (registered users only) you can giggle at my first try at water colours. I will exercise diligently and hopefully my works will soon be nice enough to make it into the gallery here.
I've gotta show you my mini studio soon so you believe me that I'm serious about wanting to keep drawing. ^,^

In the gallery there's a great new Seekers fanart! The library was closed. (No big deal for you because it was only in German.) A big thanks to everyone who wished me a speedy recovery. I'm slowly feeling better. There were some pretty rough days caused by changes in meds and my stomach and mood slowly adapt to the situation. The doctors couldn't find the cause for the chronic urticaria and I now have to take these nasty meds until "it goes away by itself". That can take up to 30 years for some people, btw.The only suspicious parameter in my blood is tied to my defect thyroid so I'm gonna talk with the nuclear medicine about it. It would be great if the cause could be found this way after all.
Since I'm bound to avoid stress I'm renovating everywhere (flat and websites) to get some things done that haunt me in my sleep. Soon I can go on with comics and there will be more things to discover on the forum in the near future too.

Sadly things look grim for updates right now.The acute rash that I thought to be an allergy was diagnosed as severe chronical urticaria on Friday. Today they took blood etc for tests and next week I'll know if they were able to find the cause or if they'll send me to hospital for some time for further tests.
Long story cut short... I'm exhausted from 8 weeks of itching and wheals from head to toe, swollen hands and barely getting sleep, I have heartburn from the cortisone and other meds and I rack my brain about what could be the cause and whether the doctors will be able to find it. Right now I can't concentrate on anything. : (
I'll be back once I feel better.

Sorry for my absence but I suppose you guys were busy too over the holidays. ;) I hope you all had wonderful holidays and a happy new year! With some luck we're gonna haul the desk for my brand new "mini atelier" home today. Over the last days I diligently moved furniture and rearranged stuff, but of course it can take a little while now to disassemble and reassemble the computer. Updates will hopefully pick up again someday this week, though. (Depends on the repairmen, see below.)The update schedule will stay erratic for the time being, if my health doesn't thwart me I plan to publish way more pages this year than in 2009 though. *knocks on wood*
This month there's still my birthday and I have two things at once that need repairmen sent by the landlord (in the bedroom the wall's mouldy because water comes in through the floor and wall and in the bathroom the window doesn't close anymore), so this month might still be a tad chaotic. Depends on whether they have to seal the wall from the inside or outside. My laminate... >.<

There is a wintery wallpaper in the Gallery for you. : )I'm still ill despite cortisone, but the renovations in the stairway became less busy and so I'm more often at home now with my allergy and can do a little work on the computer.

I'm sorry, I'm ill again. For almost a week I have a total out of the blue allergic reaction and am covered from ears to ankles with itching rashes and red welts. Tomorrow I'll go to the doctor and I won't be home next week because the stairway will be renovated then and I'm definitely allergic to that too. In "exile" I can't do much other than draw, so I hope to have some things ready to go once I'm back. I really hope the doc can help me FAST, my face looks like mincemeat.November 20, 2009

I tried to get the update done today although things at the city took much longer than expected. Sadly I just noticed that I forgot a lot of things on the picture, e.g. the pattern on Nareen's dress. I have to correct the drawing and scan anew, and since my hubbie has to get up 3 hours earlier tomorrow for a conference I gotta go to bed now too. But I'll finish it tomorrow! : )
