*Crosses fingers for the tattoo painting*  I think a handbag around the waist would be cute, eph.  What color are you thinking of using.

Pft, CoolCat. @_@  Ah well, at least they gave you something of an idea.  Let's hope the foam works.

Here are the promised pictures, including the bag:

For the bag I wanted to use burgundy or crimson actually but I had no felt in those colours. (Just the very thick sort that can't be used for tiny stuff like this.)
So I ended up with black and burgundy yarn, with some white and purple beads.
The emergency operations all went well. Next to no stickiness left, the tattoos are all repaired and she got a haircut. ^^

Almost done!

By coincidence I saw a Pullip on Ebay that would have been perfect for Cato. Really dark skin and also sold nude. But it was too expensive. Can't spend 80 Euro on the body alone. (Besides, 20 Euro more and I get that doll fully dressed!) Most likely Cato will end up with lighter skin than usual if she ever gets made into a doll.
This "Other Queen" I saw is limited to 500 worldwide so I doubt another nude one will cross my way anytime soon. *g* Well, but perhaps Groove'll make another character with a nice tan one day.

Nareen is done by now and the final pics are up. I work on an alternate version of her dress from silky material to see what's better, and she'll get a different hairdo, but that's all.

Now I wonder: Do the posed shots of her belong in the (soon to come) Seekers Real Things (where felt and wool dolls and other things will go) album or in the Pullip album? ^^;

With the work you had to put into it and how things were done, I'd suggest Pullips.  Unless you intend to sell her, that is. >.>  It's a toughie when things can go  in more than one category.

That's true and has always been a problem of mine. At least now the galleries have a search function so people who just want to see pics of her can search the Pullip album.
You're right, she should go in with the Pullips, so I uploaded her autumn wishes there:
