It took me a while to get it going because I also moved all your nice comments, the ratings and the view counter. There are still some things that need some fixing (e.g. the search function only shows one page right now, grr) but overall it works fine. Hope you'll find your way around easily!
It also took a day longer because my husband was too busy at work to change the links on the server.
The reasons for moving back here are many and outweight any potential problems I'll have with the dl center and future forum updates. First and foremost I missed you! The Coppermine system refused to show the shoutbox decently (it was unreadable) and it was very complicated for you to leave comments. Now that we're back here I hope to hear from you guys again. ^^
(Not fishing for compliments here, I honestly just feel lonely and ever since I played Sims3 on the Playstation3 it's getting harder to stay properly interested in Sims1. It'd be nice to hear about your games.)
Download to your heart's content! You can find all regular downloads if you click "Sims Downloads" at the top of the forum. Some things may also show up in this board instead, like houses, replacements for Maxis meshes or the occasional skin which requires a mesh that may not be included. I don't want to put such things in the download center, all things up there shall be complete.
Everything in this board and in the Downloads is available to guests and registered members alike, you don't have to register for an account unless you want to leave comments or wreak havoc with the rating system. (It's just in good fun, I don't cry if you vote something as terrible, no matter if you just voted badly because you hate a specific theme or actually found the download hideous. *gg* Hey, even I find some of my downloads hideous - especially after the cheap monitor got replaced and all the "light peachy" walls were screaming orange all of a sudden on the good monitor. Some wallpapers make my eyes bleed.)
Feel free to comment here or in the downloads, and if you ever stumble about something broken please let me know in some way or the other. I'm always glad if someone tells me about broken or borked things, there's just too many to not have something slip through.
Oh, and if you think a set is missing a vital part (like the Ivory Castle was with Eisbaer's neat castle additions!) it never hurts to make a suggestion. I have sooo many things that I may clone that I can't remember them all out of my head and I also stopped looking for new ones a while ago.

Sadly Beewitched was hit by some script kiddie jerk who hacked her sites, so be careful when following the credit link. I keep my fingers crossed Faeriewitch can get things sorted out!
I'll try to upload something every 1-3 days. The problem is... I have 40 updates ready for the go but I'm too embarassed about most of them to upload them as a standalone because it's just a set of rugs or lamps and you might not like such tiny things and be disappointed. So I guess I have to make more things so I can upload two at once. Some of them linger in my upload folder for a year and I'm always... too embarassed.
It's also why I don't dare to make objects of my own. All the creators left make high-quality 3D content or are as good as Madoria, so I'm not confident enough to handdraw something. It's okay for wooden boxes but most things I want are mushrooms or plant-structures and those are hard to pull off decently.
