- All artwork, photos, stories, downloads (including, but not limited to KiSS dolls) and other content not further identified was created by me, for everything else I have explicit permission to use. You may not use any of my work on your homepage, in a fanzine, in a game or with any other medium without my prior written consent! Altering my files to claim them as your own is a criminal act as well.
To use any of my work you must pay license fees unless we agreed on other terms and conditions beforehand.
About the few fanarts I made: Of course I don't claim any rights on the characters depicted, but I still drew those picture with my own skills and imagination, so I demand you respect my work and don't steal them from me.

- Games are usually the property of someone else, often with graphics made by me. Please don't steal my graphics.

- *Some* graphics are free to use on your website. If this is the case it is clearly stated on the category, along with the rules. Always read the rules screen of every section to see what you may do with those files. If in doubt, don't use them or ask for permission.

- You may use all downloads and files privately at home as long as you wish, of course. That's what I made them for.

- No content of this homepage may be sold in any way. My KiSS dolls or Sims downloads may not be sold on collection cds, neither on E-Bay nor with any other medium. Violation of this rule will result in a legal cause.

- You are aware that you may face content that you don't like. There is nudity and adult themes.

- You cannot hold me responsible for any damage the use of this homepage or the downloads may cause to your system. Everything has been checked and is virus-free, but the downloads come with no warranty at all.

- You may not link to specific php pages and make them appear as part of your own website. If you want to point to a specific php page, e.g. in a forum, you must place an additional note saying it's part of www.ephralon.de. If you link me from your website the link has to open in a window of its own (target="blank").

- You may not link directly to my downloads or pictures. (hotlinking / deeplinking). In case you don't know, that's theft.
