Well... there's only about 98% certainty that this is really a Clan War miniature, since Dorian painted and customized it to depict his character in the Legends of the Five Rings RPG. (The staff is handmade.) If my educated guess is correct this monk surely belongs to the Dragon Clan, probably House Togashi.
