Eternia sighed and Tamara eyed the man. "Looks harmless. Just kill him." she whispered.
"Tamara!" Eternia hushed her quietly but sharply. "Gimme a break."

"Does nobody know the difference between borrowing something and stealing something?!" she said loudly. "I didn't steal the outfit, I lent it for Halloween."
"Lending without a note is stealing too, you know." Nareen lectured.
"Hey, I even left my own dress on her clothesline! It's just for today."

"A year ago, you would have killed him with no qualms. You've gotten soft." Tamara insisted.
"Do you have holes for eyes? Tsk. Don't waste good material," Eternia scoffed.

Nareen asked, "So you'll give it back tomorrow?"
"Of course! Do you think I want to stay a bellydancer forever?"
Wati cleared his throat. "Actually, it only looks like a bellydancer outfit. The lady who owns it is a djinn."

dollhouse131

"Whether it's a bellydancer or a djinn you want, I could be either for you."
Within the blink of an eye Eternia was clinging to Wati's arm, playfull batting her eyes at him.

"Uh, what?!"

dollhouse132

"Honestly, why don't you stay for the night? You could take these clothes back from me much faster that way."

Wati just stared at her while Nareen felt her cheeks getting hotter. Surely she was as red as a tomato.
"Eternia!"

"Oh my..." Tamara could barely suppress a laugh. "There she goes again. I forgot how easily Eternia gets excited. Now Arashi will even be more angry with her."
Giselda looked up to her. "Huh? What did you say?"
"Nothing. You're too small to know about these things anyway."
"Hey, I will be just as tall as you one day! Just you wait." Giselda said with a sweet-tempered tone that showed she didn't take the teasing seriously.

"Aw, don't be so cold to me. I bet you've never been with a blonde like me before." Eternia purred. "Are you in love with your lady djinn or what?"
Seemingly she struck a nerve with that, as Wati twitched visibly. The poor lad looked at Nareen. "Uhm.. is she drunk?"
"I'm afraid not. Not yet. I'm so sorry."
"I suppose I'll better go then before she GETS drunk and her behaviour gets even worse."

Wati freed himself from Eternia and walked down to the garden gate. "Don't forget to bring back my lady's clothes first thing in the morning." he reminded the women before he left off.

"Hey! Why am I getting ignored here?!" Eternia was steaming but Nareen held her back.
"Eternia! Have you no manners? How can you cling to a stranger like that?!" the necromancer asked.
"But he was so cuuuuute!" the blonde lamented.
Tamara was laughing her head off. "How long does it take before you find every man you see cute?"
"Give or take, three lonely weeks." Eternia stated flatly.
Nareen shook her head in desparation while Giselda just looked confused.

dollhouse136

"Honestly, Eternia, you're so funny. I missed those times with my man-crazy friend so much." Tamara chuckled.

Nareen was stumped. "I never noticed that kind of behaviour from her."
"No wonder!" said Eternia. "There's never been any men around! I never knew we had guys in the neighbourhood! I think I've gotta go trick or treating now."
"Oh no, you don't!"

Hours later when the party ended without further surprises Nareen and Eternia came back to the dollhouse. They were in for a shock.

"Eternia! Come look at this!" Nareen yelled from the kitchen.
Her friend came running. "What's wrong?"
"Our kitchen just became smaller! Where does that wall come from?!"
"Whoa! No kidding!"
Aproximately a third of the kitchen was gone, cut off by a fresh wall.

Giselda was gloomy. "Aw. Where shall I sleep now? That was my corner."
"Don't be sad, Giselda. There's still space in the livingroom for you." Nareen tried to console the tiny wingling.
"This is an outrage!" Eternia ranted loudly. "How can Eph start construction here without telling us?!"

I know this break is pretty sudden, but I was out of ideas for the party and already busy crafting Xmas things.

She pressed her ear on the wall.
"I can't hear a blip from the other side. It's dead silent."

dollhouse139

"I suppose we'll have to wait until tomorrow for an answer to our questions then." mused Giselda.
"You're right, Gisi-chan. There's not much we can do short of breaking down that wall." Nareen agreed.
"I'll fetch Akshi from the garden. We'll sleep downstairs tonight."

Puzzled the dolls went to bed.
