Yes, it's a horse. Yes, the rider is missing. Right now I don't know whose horse that is, just that it definitely belongs to the Unicorn Clan and turned out quite well. The horse is finished for roughly 20 years, the rider will eventually turn up and be painted. One day what belongs together will be together again, lol.
