Abra is the twin sister of Cadabra and together they lead the Filly Witchys.

Both were redesigned for the black edition. Originally Abra wore a light pink hat and cape. Her sister Cadabra used to wear dark pink, now she wears white. I doubt I'll ever get a Cadabra or the original version of Abra but I'm quite happy with the one I have.
