Eternia had been busy talking and laughing with Sol and Nahh-Ati, but fell silent when Tamara stormed in.
"Problems!" her friend snarled on her way out.
"You don't mean..." Eternia felt a cold chill creep up her back.
"Come on!"

Tamara was in such a hurry that she almost ran right into Elizabeth. "Oh my," said the Countess. "Such a commotion. What's wrong?"
Tamara took a breath and asked, "Where is my Lady?"
"Still outside, being pestered by that delicious rock star."
"Arion hit on Mir?!" Eternia exclaimed from the sofa. "I can't believe it!"
"Oh, shut up." Her friend hurried outside.

"Lady Mir, are you alright?" Tamara hurried straight up to her boss.
"Yoriko, my dear." Mir sighed. "The men in this country are so... so... brash." Her cheeks were dark pink.
"What about the Countess? I was told you were fighting."
"Huh? Oh, no. We just exchanged old memories." Mir looked clearly annoyed as she said the word 'old'.
"I'm so relieved to hear that, Lady Mir."

Bristling with anger, Pink-Chan rose from her seat. She stared at Tamara/Yoriko. 'Ninja! What is this cesspool?!' She grabbed her scarf so tightly it almost ripped. 'This will be the hardest job Magical Pink-Chan ever had!'

Brian was in a slight argument with Arion. "Honestly, Arion, if we're done with the concert, just say it! Then I can at least hit the buffet."
"Geez, Brian, it was just five minutes. Don't you agree she was perfect for our cover?"
"So do we keep on playing now or what?"
"Why don't we ask Nareen? Nareen, shall we continue to play?"
Nareen blushed and turned away. She felt like an eavesdropper, listening to their quarrel. "Uhm, I think I need a cookie now."

"Err... Huh?" Arion was confused but interrupted by Pink-Chan. The girl stomped right past him and looked at her brother. "Brian! I'm going home!"
"Oh, why's that? Aren't you having fun, P-Chan?"
"This isn't the right company for me, and if you're clever you'll come home, too."
"Forget it, P-Chan, I'm staying." Brian smiled but it was a stern smile that allowed no further prodding.

"Very well then." Pink-Chan turned towards Nareen. "Thanks for your hospitality, but I have to go now," she said.
The necromancer still wondered why this girl was so angry at her. "Uhm... okay. Too bad we couldn't talk more."
"Don't worry, this wasn't the last you've seen of me."
Nareen thought that sounded more like a threat than a promise.

"Bye. And don't come home late," P-Chan reminded her brother as she walked off. Arion just stared, as did Nareen.
"Wasn't she feeling well?" the necromancer inquired.
"I think Pink-Chan seldom feels well," Arion said flatly.
"I think she's hitting puberty," Brian added apologetically.
"Geez, Brian, she's 15! She hit that long ago!"
